The ingredients must have come to me in my sleep. The more I use my slow cooker, the more I love it.

Cedar Planked Salmon with Cayenne Lime Butter

This salmon is so delicious on it's own. I decided to cedar plank the salmon on the grill, and drizzle it with some cayenne lime butter.

After having a bite of the Chipotle Chicken Tacos my coworker brought for lunch a couple of weeks ago, this was my dinner two days later.

If you know me you know I am a sucker for avocado and chipotle. I used a rotisserie chicken so it's super easy to make.

Egg, Prosciutto & Tomato Muffins
Sriracha Meatballs

I'm a big fan of savory muffins. These are pretty much mini omelettes in a cup. They are perfect for weekend brunch, and even better to make ahead for the week and then pop them in the microwave.

Easy Grilled Buffalo Wings

Easy Grilled Buffalo Wings

It's no secret around here that I love sports and Football Season is one of my favorite times of year. My Fantasy Team is drafted, College Football has kicked off and my Russell Wilson jersey is ready to come off the hanger. Yes, I've officially jumped on the Seattle sports bandwagon and have embraced the Seahawks. The 12th Man is legit.

This week I went to the Sounders game on Sunday, the Mariners game on Tuesday and I plan to hit up the Husky tailgate tomorrow, so I found this to be an appropriate time to post these Easy Grilled Chicken Wings.

There were many things I loved about these wings - they didn't need to marinate all day (aka no need to plan ahead), they used minimal ingredients, the grill up in 15 minutes and Mr. KMW couldn't stop pouring in the compliments. All over win if you ask me.

As you're gearing up for football season (even if it's just for the eating) check out some of my other Gameday recipes!

Adjust the ingredients based on how man your serving, I just cooked one pound, because if I cooked more we would have eaten them all...between the two of us.

For the Wings
1 to 2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons of butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 to 2 cups Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle Hot Sauce

For the Blue Cheese Dip
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Heat butter in small stove top pan over medium heat. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute, stir in hot sauces, salt and pepper. Let cool for a bit.

Marinate chicken wings in hot sauce for 25 minutes or up to a day.

Meanwhile, mix together ingredients for Blue Cheese Dip and refrigerate until you're ready to eat.

Heat grill to medium heat.

Place wings on grill, reserving marinade. Place marinade back in stove top pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer while you are cooking wings.

Cook wings for 15 minutes on grill, turning regularly until cooked to 165 degrees.

Toss wings in sauce and serve with blue cheese dip.
