Mint Chocolate Chip Bourbon Milkshake

Mint Chocolate Chip Bourbon Milkshake

No, I did not use that entire bottle of Makers in my milkshake!

I wanted to get your weekend off to a good start, and trust me, this will do the job. I had some mint leftover from when I made grilled lamb burgers and I've been craving a bourbon milkshake for awhile, so this turned into my Sunday afternoon project.

So break out your blender, go buy some ice cream, mint and chocolate chips (I'm assuming you have bourbon on hand), and let your weekend begin!

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream
3 ounces of bourbon
1/2 cup chocolate chips
6-8 mint leaves

Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Adjust agredients according to preferred consistency. Enjoy!
